2. Products
All pieces are handcrafted from semi-precious stone. Minor variations in colour and texture are natural characteristics, not defects. Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, in which case a full refund is issued.
4. Shipping
We ship across India and internationally. Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for customs delays or carrier issues beyond our control.
5. Returns
Unused, undamaged items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom and personalised pieces are non-returnable. Contact enquiry@saaraa-fiction.com to initiate a return.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content — images, text, and designs — is the property of SaaRaa Fictions and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
